We extend these services based on vessel availability and prevailing weather conditions. We have the authority to alter or cease our offerings without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a successful charter reservation, you are required to:

• Have reached the legal age of 18
• Submit accurate and comprehensive details
• Render the necessary deposit outlined in your reservation confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We will confirm your reservation only when we have received the payment and have issued written confirmation to you. We hold the right to decline our service to any individual at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

The ability to charter a vessel is contingent upon both its availability and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your preferred dates and times as far as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices for our services are presented in £ and encompass all applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Note that prices can vary and may be subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A payment amounting to 50% of the overall charter cost is due at the time of your booking
• Balance: The remaining balance is payable 48 hours before the planned departure of the charter
• Incidental expenses (if any): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a number of payment methods, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and verified cheques. All payment processing is conducted through safe and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancelled more than 72 hours before the charter's departure: A refund will be issued with a deduction for processing fees
• If cancelled between 24 to 72 hours before the charter's departure: A refund of 50% will be provided
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure: Refunds are not available

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In situations where our captain deems the weather unsafe, we will propose to:

• Rebook your charter for another available date at no extra charge
• Issue a full refund, if it isn't feasible to reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be a mechanical defect with the yacht you are scheduled to use, our team will attempt to supply a comparable alternative. If such a solution is not available, we will provide a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests aboard must:

• Comply with any instructions provided by the crew
• Use the safety gear provided when it is deemed necessary
• Disclose any health conditions that could affect their safety
• Remain within designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The yacht will not accommodate the following items:

• Containers made of glass
• Illegal items or substances
• Firearms or other weapons
• Excessive beverages (beyond a reasonable amount for consumption)
• Animals (unless approval has been given in advance)

6.3 Conduct

Conduct should be maintained in a manner that is considerate and respectful. We reserve the right to cease a charter prematurely without a refund should a passenger's behavior present a safety hazard or compromise the enjoyment of the charter for other passengers.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

The extent of our liability is confined to the amount you have paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

• Injuries that occur due to a passenger's own negligence
• The loss of or damage to personal property
• Indirect or consequential damages, or punitive damages
• Delays attributable to weather or situations we cannot influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and vessels are protected under comprehensive marine insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered by your own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our yacht charter services implies recognition of the inherent hazards of maritime activities and personal acceptance of responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. We will attempt to offer comparable alternatives whenever changes are made.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any deferrals, cancellations, or changes that result from events beyond our control, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Harsh weather phenomena
• Natural catastrophes
• Government mandates
• Port shutdowns
• Yacht mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection
