What does a typical yacht charter include?
Every charter comes with a seasoned crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. The specific amenities can vary based on the type of service — for example, evening cruises come with special beverages and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate catering options.
When should I reserve my booking?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest securing your reservation 2–3 weeks before your intended charter during the high season, which runs from May through September. For business gatherings and private festivities, a 4–6 week lead time will ensure more availability and allow for tailoring your experience.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our utmost concern is your safety. In the event that our captain considers the weather unsafe, we will offer an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours ahead of your departure if the forecast is not promising.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
You're welcome to supply your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide outstanding catering services that can be customized to suit your tastes. Kindly note that for safety considerations, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
It is our aim to be inclusive for all guests. Certain vessels have enhanced accessibility features compared to others. When making your reservation, please notify us of any specific needs you have, and we'll suggest the most accommodating yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your trip more than 72 hours before departure, you'll be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure will receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, your payment is non-refundable unless cancellations are due to adverse weather or mechanical issues on our part.
